Meet the Team

Carmin Harris

Founder & CEO

Carmin’s career began at the age of twenty in long term care, while attending Lansing Community College to pursue a degree in Criminal Justice, the plan was derailed with her passion for seniors.

After 7 years of dietary, she shifted to management for American House Senior Living where she led a total of three communities for almost 16 years.

Taking a leap of faith to then transition to licensed HFC (Home for the Aged). Gaining much needed experience with personal care, scheduling and of course, most important, improving family communication techniques. After the knowledge was built in HFA, the next step of growth was to be the Administrator for a small AFC (Adult Foster Care). Now being 100% fulfilled, next was an opportunity that was unexpected but fit perfectly to add to her resume.

From here the journey led to a beautiful, brand-new building. Being firsthand during the construction process, hiring the team and watching the occupancy become the desired goal, this was Carmin’s biggest career accomplishment.

This story leads us to today. Carmin is ready to devote her time, emotions, and passion to the senior themselves. No more worrying about the day-to-day building needs. It is time to put effort into what matters. YOU, YOUR LOVED ONE.
